Aimee is the founder of Ashtanga Yoga Long Beach. Previously she taught at Jois Yoga Encinitas. Aimee is an authorized teacher level II and has made many trips to Mysore. This year she was Sharath’s right hand lady in Los Angeles and many of you will recognize her from his workshop. Aimee’s classes are awesome! Come!!!
